Getting Started

Step 1: Account Setup
  1. Register for an account at Register Page
  2. Verify your email address
  3. Complete your profile information
  4. Wait for admin approval (usually within 24 hours)
Step 2: Connect WhatsApp Account
  1. Go to WhatsApp Accounts in the dashboard
  2. Click "Add New Account"
  3. Enter your Meta credentials:
    • Phone Number ID
    • Business Account ID
    • Access Token (System User Token)
  4. Save and verify the connection

Step 3: Add Credits to Wallet
  1. Go to My Wallet in the dashboard
  2. Click "Add Credit"
  3. Choose payment method (Razorpay)
  4. Complete payment (minimum ₹100)
  5. Credits are added instantly

Note: Each message sent (campaign or direct) deducts credits from your wallet based on your per-message cost (set by admin per category and message type).

Campaign Management

Create and manage bulk messaging campaigns:

  • Create Campaign: Select template, choose contacts, set variables
  • Schedule: Set future date/time for automatic sending
  • Track: Monitor sent, delivered, read, and failed counts
  • Pause/Resume: Control campaign execution
  • Cost Estimation: See estimated cost before sending
Tip: Campaigns automatically check wallet balance before sending. Ensure sufficient credits.
Unified Inbox

Manage all customer conversations:

  • View Conversations: See all message threads with contacts
  • Send Messages: Reply to customers directly
  • Real-time Updates: Receive new messages instantly
  • Message History: Access complete conversation history
Template Management

Create and manage WhatsApp message templates:

  • Create Template: Design message with header, body, footer
  • Add Variables: Use 1, 2 or named variables
  • Submit for Approval: Templates go to Meta for review
  • Track Status: Monitor approval status (pending/approved/rejected)
  • Sync Templates: Import templates from Meta
Templates must be approved by Meta before use in campaigns. Approval takes 24-48 hours.
Wallet System

Manage your messaging credits:

  • Balance: View current wallet balance
  • Add Credits: Top up via Razorpay payment gateway (min ₹100)
  • Transactions: View all credit/debit transactions
  • Cost Per Message: Set by admin (varies by category: MARKETING, UTILITY, AUTHENTICATION and message type: text, template, API)
  • Auto-deduction: Credits deducted automatically when messages are sent
  • Refunds: Automatic refunds for failed/undelivered messages

Message Categories & Pricing

Our platform supports three message categories with different pricing:

UTILITY

Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates)

MARKETING

Promotional messages (offers, newsletters, campaigns)

AUTHENTICATION

OTP and verification codes

Pricing: Admins can set different costs for each category and message type (text, template, API) per client. Contact your admin for pricing details.
